Scan & Design

Scan with a Structure Sensor. Design with intent.

The capture-to-order pipeline runs in one app. 3D foot scans flow straight into a configurable design form; AI-assisted suggestions translate practitioner intent into form changes the practitioner approves before anything is ordered.

Capture

3D foot scans with the Structure Sensor.

Mount the Structure Sensor on the iPad, scan a foot in under two minutes, and watch the mesh build in real time. Left and right captured at the same fidelity, no plaster, no outsourced lab, no shipping. The mesh is the input to every downstream step — design form, fabrication record, and the file the manufacturing line works from.

Style

A catalog organized the way practitioners think.

Choose from purpose-built categories — sports, dress, work, diabetic, pediatric, functional — each tuned to a clinical scenario. Pick cover material and color; the rest of the form opens up underneath. Style decisions stay distinct from clinical decisions, so a practitioner isn't hunting through shell options to change a top cover.

Order form

Shell, posting, accommodations — in one form.

Shell modifications (flanges, skives, ray cutouts, arch fill), covers, accommodations, and additional instructions live in a single dense form. Per-foot toggles let you specify "apply to both" or differentiate left from right. The whole form is data-driven from the practitioner-side configuration in the admin portal — your clinic can customize what shows up.

AI-assisted

Describe the change. The form updates.

The Intelligence panel reads practitioner intent in plain language — "add a 3mm lateral wedge to the left foot" — and proposes specific form changes. Each suggestion is shown with the field it would change and a one-line explanation; the practitioner accepts or rejects before anything is committed. Nothing is written to the order without an explicit click.

The practitioner remains the clinical decision-maker.
