For Clinics

Built for solo practitioners. Designed for multi-location clinics.

Practitioner-to-location assignments, role-based scoping, and configurable clinical workflows — so the platform respects how your clinic actually operates. Single sign-in for practitioners working across locations. Org-wide visibility for managers and administrators.

Organization model

One organization. Many locations. Real assignments.

An Organization holds Locations. Practitioners attach to one or more Locations via PractitionerRole records that carry availability windows and scope. A practitioner can be active at multiple locations; a location can host multiple practitioners.

Role-based access

Four roles, one organization.

Every user belongs to one or more role groups. Roles control what's visible, what's editable, and what the MCP connector exposes when the user wires their own agentic workflow.

  • Practitioner

Scoped to their own patients and devices. Cannot see other practitioners’ records by default.

  • Manager

Org-wide visibility. Manages practitioner assignments, locations, and clinical configuration.

  • Administrator

Manager privileges plus billing, account, and integration controls.

  • Super

Multi-org visibility for franchise / network operators. Rare; assigned explicitly.

Configurable workflows

The platform respects your clinical process.

Clinical workflows aren't one-size-fits-all. FitsPro configurations cover the cases below; custom arrangements are handled through a support ticket once your organization is active.

Save-before-clearance

Orthotic designs can be saved as drafts until insurance eligibility and prior authorization clear. The device request transitions through pending → cleared → processing automatically as upstream signals arrive.

Work-order copying

A practitioner’s order can be duplicated to a clinical assistant for completion, or escalated to a manager for review — without losing the audit trail of who initiated what.

Multi-location calendars

A practitioner who covers Monday at one location and Wednesday at another sees a single calendar that respects both location-specific availability windows.

Non-standard billing

Wholesale tiers cover most clinics. GPO, DME-network, and enterprise arrangements are handled by ticket once the organization is active.

Multi-clinic onboarding

The orientation call is the easiest place to start.

Bring a list of your locations and practitioner roster. We'll sketch the org structure and answer billing-arrangement questions on the same call.
