2. Information, not professional advice
Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical, clinical, legal, billing, or coding advice. The FitsPro product is intended for use by licensed clinical practitioners; outputs produced by the product require practitioner review and clinical judgment.
3. Reimbursement
FitsPro produces documentation — diagnostic PDFs, Letters of Medical Necessity, clinical notes — intended to support practitioners submitting claims to payers. FitsPro does not guarantee approval of any specific claim. Coverage decisions are made by individual payers based on their own medical-necessity criteria.
4. Pre-registration
Pre-registration creates a pending Organization record. NPI verification, activation, and access to wholesale pricing occur inside the iPad application after the App Store listing is live. Pre-registration data not associated with an active Organization is removed after 30 days.
5. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, and product names on this Site, including "FitsPro" and "Fits Perfect," belong to their respective owners. Site content is provided for informational use; redistribution requires written permission.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. FitsPro disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitsPro and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Site.
8. Changes
FitsPro may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
