Privacy Policy

Draft for review. This page is template language for the FitsPro practitioner-facing marketing site and must be reviewed by counsel before publication. Patient-facing privacy practices and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are governed by separate clinical-platform agreements, not this marketing-site policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the public marketing website at fitspro.clinic ("Site"). It does not govern Protected Health Information (PHI) handled inside the FitsPro iPad application or the FitsPro admin portal — those surfaces are covered by separate agreements between FitsPro and the practitioner's organization, including a Business Associate Agreement where applicable.

2. Information we collect

The Site collects a limited set of information:

  • Pre-registration data — clinic name, contact name, email address, and (optionally) a phone number when you initiate the orientation booking flow.
  • App Store waitlist data — email addresses submitted via the "notify me" form.
  • Operational logs — IP address, user agent, referrer, and request paths, retained for security and abuse prevention.

The Site does not knowingly collect Protected Health Information. Do not include patient data on this Site.

3. How we use information

  • To contact you about your orientation appointment or App Store availability.
  • To create your pending Organization record in the FitsPro platform once you pre-register.
  • To investigate abuse, debug operational issues, and maintain Site security.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the Site (hosting, email delivery, identity verification, payment processing) under written confidentiality and security obligations.

5. Retention

Pre-registration records that do not result in a verified, active Organization are deleted after 30 days. Operational logs are retained for the period required for security analysis, typically not more than 90 days.

6. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information collected through this Site by opening a support ticket once your organization is active, or by contacting us at the address below.
