FitsPro is free to download. Custom orthotics are billed per device at wholesale rates that step down as monthly volume increases. Rate cards are visible inside the app once a practitioner has registered with a valid NPI.
Payments flow through Stripe. When an order is placed, the card on file is authorized. Capture happens when the device is fulfilled. Cancellations made before fulfillment do not result in a charge.
Volume tiers are evaluated monthly. As a practice's device throughput increases, the per-device rate steps down automatically — no separate negotiation, no contract renewal.
No tiers within the app. Every practitioner on the App Store gets the full feature set. The only thing that scales with volume is the per-device cost of the orthotic itself.
Published rates would invite consumers to register as practitioners to access the discount. We verify each registration's NPI against the NPPES national registry before showing the rate card — the gate protects practitioners who earn the wholesale rate by virtue of their clinical practice.
Practice groups, DME networks, and enterprise health systems with bespoke billing arrangements open a ticket from inside the admin portal once their organization is active. We'll work through the structure on a call.
